The objective of this document is to present a general overview of all research projects funded under the ‘Quality of life' (QoL) programme of FP5 in the field of fisheries, aquaculture and food processing.

The analysis is limited to research projects: shared-cost projects, concerted actions, thematic networks, and combined projects (research and demonstration). Each project description includes: background, objectives, and expected research and achievements, as well as information on the partnership and the duration of the project.
