António Pascoal, EurOcean FCT representative from Instituto Superior de Tecnologia in Lisbon and Tiago Garcia, EurOcean office, took part in this event that focused on the synergies between Portugal and Finland regarding marine renewable energies and Blue Growth. António was one of the keynote speakers in the pannel dedicated to the synergies between different Blue Growth activities and enabling technologies at the sea.
