
You have until November 30th 2016 to put together your proposal on how to use Earth Observation data like Sentinels or precursor missions, for the derivation of information useful for the field of Coastal Waters monitoring. This competition is part of the Co-ReSyF project funded by the EU´s H2020 programme. Proposals are particularly welcome covering estuaries and river mouth systems, disaster risk reduction (SENDAI) and aspects of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The research theme should identify a novel approach or method for improving the capability of actors/agencies, who are active in implementing these topics.
Winnners of the competition will be invited to attend the Co-ReSyF Summer School in Lisbon, Portugal, in July 2017. The Summer School participants will receive access to the new Co-ReSyF platform, and training on how to use it, in order to complete their research projects in the following months.
