EurOcean is presently organised as follows:

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is the main decision mechanism of EurOcean. It is composed of one representative of each Member Organisation. The Executive Director is an ex-officio member of the Steering Committee. The duties of the Steering Committee are, among others, to deliberate and decide on:
- Strategic and Policy orientations;
- Annual Work Programme and budget;
- Financial management;
- Internal Regulations;
- The operation and organisation of EurOcean.
The Steering Committee appoints a President and two Vice-Presidents (Executive Committee) for the duration of two years.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is composed of:
- the President of the Steering Committee;
- the Vice-Presidents of the Steering Committee;
- the Executive Director as ex-officio Member.

EurOcean Foundation
The EurOcean Foundation is the legal representation of EurOcean. It has been established under the Dutch Law figure of a Stichting Foundation and it has been incorporated on December 13, 2007. EurOcean Foundation has a legal representation in Portugal since January 2009.
The Board of the EurOcean Foundation is presently composed as follows:
